If I were buying a San Diego home right now, I wouldn’t start by scrolling Zillow for hours. 😂

I’d start with these 3 things:
🏡 Know my real budget — not just what I’m approved for.
📍 Get familiar with neighborhoods — including what homes are actually selling for.
📊 Start watching the market early — so I understand inventory, pricing, and competition before I’m ready to make an offer.

You don’t have to be ready to buy tomorrow to start preparing today.
