Two graduations. Two incredible milestones. One very proud mama. ❤️

Benjamin, watching you graduate high school fills my heart with so much pride. The young man you’ve become is kind, hardworking, resilient, and ready to take on whatever comes next. The future is so bright for you, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you.

Malie, my sweet girl, graduating 8th grade is such a special milestone. It feels like just yesterday you were starting your school journey, and now you’re preparing for high school. Your strength, determination, and beautiful heart amaze me every day.

To both of you: thank you for making me so proud. Watching you grow into the amazing people you are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. No matter how old you get or where your paths lead, I will always be your biggest cheerleader.

4 deals closed, multiple families helped, countless conversations, negotiations, showings, caravans, trainings, and behind-the-scenes moments that most people never see.

This month was a reminder that real estate is so much more than putting a sign in the yard. It’s strategy, relationships, continued education, marketing, problem-solving, and showing up every single day ready to guide clients through one of the biggest moments of their lives.

Big headlines this week 👀

GDP announced job growth… but rates didn’t move up.

The American dollar remains strong, and with a potential new Fed Chair on the horizon, we could see some rate softening ahead.

Right now, inflation is still one of the biggest reasons interest rates are holding where they are. Oil prices also play a major role, so getting energy costs under control could help ease pressure on rates.

Somewhere between showings, texts, voice notes, and “what do you think about this one?”… my clients become my people.

So yes, handing over the keys to your dream home is everything we worked for… but I’d be lying if I said there isn’t a little part of me that misses our daily chats right after.

Because to me, this was never just a transaction. It was the late night questions, the excitement, the nerves, the trust you gave me to guide you through one of the biggest moments of your life.

And that doesn’t just go away at closing.

I care deeply about every single client I work with, and while the process may end, the relationship never does 🤍
