OJO!! el dinero que va enviar el Gobierno NO es para malgastarlo, es para cubrir sus deudas y que no quiebre el pais, si se atrasan luego sera mas dificil para todos. Esta en nuestras manos mantener la economía del pais.

1.- Para dueños de casa: Los bancos darán oportunidad de que pagues tu hipoteca después, algunos bancos estan dando 3 meses para que pagues, pero esa cantidad se te va juntar y al cuarto mes tendrás que pagar toda la cantidad completa, cosa que sera muy difícil cubrir y vas a terminar perdiendo tu casa, si tienes problemas para hacer el pago HABLALE A TU BANCO y ve si puedes hacer pagos parciales y cubrir almenos intereses, impuestos y aseguranza. De esa manera no perderás tu casa.

2.- Para Inquilinos-Arrendadores: Si el Gobierno esta diciendo que no van a poder desalojarte de la casa (hacer eviction), de igual manera tienes que hacer lo posible para hacer el pago ya que se te va a ir acumulando y cuando pase este tiempo y tengas que pagar sera más difícil, te van a desalojar y va quedar en tu record de por vida ese eviction, la repercusiones serán más graves ya que vas a batallar toda tu vida para poder rentar o comprar. HAGAN EL PAGO ya que los propietarios tambien tienen deudas y esto va generar mas caos (Efecto domino).
Si realmente estas batallando para pagar, habla con el propietario de la casa (Landlord) y lleguen a un acuerdo.

3.- Si la compañía de Luz, Agua etc suspenden los pagos de igual manera trata de pagar lo más que puedas, ya que ellos tampoco van a perdonar los pagos simplemente te los van acumular, así que trate de abonarle lo más que puedas ya que después sera más dificil poder pagar.

4.- Si te llega el dinero del gobierno es para ayudarte a pagar todas esas deudas. El verdadero problema empieza cuando usamos ese dinero para gastarlo en otras cosas y después vamos andar sufriendo porque los desalojaron de sus casas, carros etc.
