🚨 CHARGES DISMISSED | Felony Larceny Trial, Rhode Island Superior Court

🚨 Case Result: Both Charges Dismissed

Our client was charged with domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct after an argument at home. She had no prior record and a career on the line.

⚖️ Attorney Phillip Wullschleger negotiated with the prosecutor, and the State agreed to dismiss the case if she completed one month of counseling. She did. On October 15, 2026, both charges were dismissed. No conviction.

In Rhode Island, how a domestic case ends matters as much as whether it ends. A filing is not a dismissal, and it can carry conditions that follow you for years.

🚨 Charge Dismissed on Trial Day | Providence, RI

Our client faced a violation of a no contact order charge. In Rhode Island, that counts as domestic violence. As a non-citizen with a prior conviction on his record, a second conviction could have put his immigration future at risk.
