Even though we hired professional videographers, it was important for us to use our friends, family and clients to show a true of living in what many call one of Rhode Island’s best kept secrets! 🤫
Established in 1871 on a peninsula in Greenwich Bay as a summer community for Baptists, it was styled after Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard as a place to relax and worship in a “wholesome environment”. A large portion of the neighborhood still has many of the Oak Bluffs Gothic-style Victorian homes now used year round, as well as larger shingled Arts and Crafts styles homes along Promenade Ave.
Original neighborhood amenities include the beautiful chapel and Casino used for social gatherings, duckpin bowling, tennis courts, basketball court, large field, walking paths and the beach.

“Quinn-tern” put in the work today helping organize our custom listing portfolios before heading out the door, and it had Matt reminiscing about being 19, home from college, doing the very same thing alongside Grandpa Rick Phipps in the office years ago 🥹
