Wow! I really haven't been on this site in awhile. The law practice has been staying fairly busy which is a good thing.

Heading into the fall it’s important to make sure smoke detectors and carbons are working as furnaces get turned on again. And stay safe while driving I get a lot of DUI referrals.

One of NOW's basic tenants is fighting discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in all areas. This includes employment, housing, public accommodations, health services, child custody, and military policies.

We're excited to be sponsoring and participating in the Morgantown PRIDE Parade this year!

So much has happened but I really don't come to this page often. It's officially ten years of practicing law in Morgantown under RAY LAW PLLC. Still handling mostly misdemeanor criminal, abuse and neglect, juvenile, and family court cases.

Planning to attend Women and Girls Day at the state legislature in Charleston on Friday, January 24, 2020. It's important to pay attention to what our local, state, and national elected officials are doing. Events like this are a nice way to tour the capitol complex itself and see our government in action.
