Congratulations to Maggie Lohmann for winning the Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award presented by Burton Awards! Maggie's article, "Law of the Land: The Continuing Legacy of Indian Law's Racist Roots and Its Impact on Native American Land Rights," was published in Issue 1 of Volume 125 of the West Virginia Law Review. We are so proud of her incredible article and her dedication to the West Virginia Law Review & the West Virginia University College of Law!

In conjunction with our event centered on Child Advocacy, we are collecting night lights and children's pajamas for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in West Virginia! These much-needed items will be included in packages for the children CASA represents as they move into new placement homes.
