The Daily Business Review recently featured LKLSG Managing Partner Jeffrey C. Schneider, who serves as counsel to court-appointed receiver Michael I. Goldberg of Akerman, in a profile examining the Jay Peak receivership.

The Jay Peak matter stems from one of the largest EB-5 fraud cases in the United States. Foreign investors contributed hundreds of millions of dollars to Vermont resort projects that regulators later found involved alleged misuse and commingling of funds.
