Licensed in TN & MS. I am excited to share my love for the Memphis area one home at a time. :)

After growing up in the Memphis area, I moved to Downtown Memphis in 2009 and quickly fell in love with its energy & charm. Over the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing our city flourish, & I’m passionate about helping others find their perfect place here. With an MBA in Marketing from Christian Brothers University & over a decade of corporate marketing experience, I bring a unique approach to showcasing your home. I go the extra mile to ensure your home makes a lasting impression. I provide high-quality photography, expert guidance to get your house market-ready, & even roll up my sleeves to help out when needed. With my Canva expertise, I create customized marketing materials that stand out, & I’m an expert at digital staging for homes that need that extra touch. In my free time, you’ll find me spending time with my two rescue pups, Sawyer & Hobie. I also love spoiling my nephews, volunteering with Streetdog Foundation, relaxing at Pickwick Lake, being with friends, & traveling to explore new destinations. On game days, I’m cheering for the Memphis Grizzlies, Tigers, or Mississippi State football team. The Memphis area holds a special place in my heart, & I'm excited to help share that love for Memphis one home at a time!

🏡 Thinking about buying but waiting for prices or rates to drop?

I get it. It’s tempting to think, “I’ll just wait until things get better.”

But here’s the thing: there may never be a perfect combination of price + interest rate.

Current Fannie Mae forecasts project home prices to continue rising through 2030, while mortgage rates are expected to remain in the mid-6% range through 2026 and 2027, according to current industry forecasts.

That doesn’t mean you should rush out and buy a house. It means it’s worth looking at the numbers for your situation today instead of making a decision based on what you hope the market does tomorrow.

You can potentially refinance if rates become more favorable in the future. You can’t go back and purchase the same house at yesterday’s price.

Buy when the home, payment and overall numbers make sense for YOU. Build equity when you can. And if the market changes later, you can adjust your strategy.

If you’re on the fence, let’s run the numbers together. No pressure, just an honest look at your options. ❤️

And just like that... SOLD! 🏡❤️

There’s something pretty special about reconnecting with someone you haven’t seen in forever and then getting the opportunity to help them find a home.
This client has known me for years and essentially watched me grow up, so when they reached out and trusted me with their Midtown Memphis condo search, it meant a lot.

Now their new Midtown condo is officially CLOSED! 🎉

After traveling the world, they’ll have a home base here in Memphis, close to family and ready to come home to between adventures. 🌎❤️ I love that this gives them a place rooted in Memphis while still leaving plenty of room for the next adventure.
Real estate is about so much more than the transaction. It’s the relationships, the trust and getting to be part of the different chapters of people’s lives that make it so meaningful.

A huge thank you to Bill Malone with Crye-Leike Realtors for being wonderful to work with and helping make this transaction a smooth one!

And an even bigger shoutout to Byrne Westmoreland, PLLC for helping us get this one closed in less than two weeks! 🙌 That kind of efficiency makes a HUGE difference, especially when a client is juggling travel and a move.

So happy for my client and this new Memphis home base! ❤️

One of those sales that means a little extra. ❤️

This one was for a good friend who was relocating, so helping get their Mud Island home sold was especially important to me. And I’m happy to say we got it done with multiple offers! 🎉

This home is in the Mud Island/Harbor Town area of Memphis, a popular spot for buyers who love the convenience of being close to Downtown, the river, walking trails, restaurants and all that this unique part of Memphis has to offer.

It’s also a good reminder that how a home is prepared, presented and priced matters. This home was set up to show well, strategically priced for the market and marketed to get the right buyers through the door. The result? Multiple offers and a successful sale. 🏡

Every home is different, but the right preparation + pricing + marketing strategy can make a BIG difference.

So excited for my friend as they start their next chapter, and grateful I got to be part of it! ❤️

Sometimes the best real estate connections are the ones that come full circle. ❤️

I hadn’t seen this client in forever when they reached out to me about helping them find a home base in Memphis. This is someone who has known me for years and essentially watched me grow up, so having them come back into my life and trust me to help with such a big decision was pretty special.

And I love the story behind this move. While traveling most of the year, they’re putting down a little bit of a home base here in Memphis, closer to family and the people they love. 🌎🏡

We found the perfect spot, and I’m excited to say this 1960 N. Parkway condo is officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Real estate gives you a lot of opportunities to meet new people, but there’s something really special about reconnecting with someone from your past and getting to be part of their next chapter.

I can’t wait to see where this next adventure takes them and continue to watch their travels! ❤️
