And just like that... SOLD! 🏡❤️

There’s something pretty special about reconnecting with someone you haven’t seen in forever and then getting the opportunity to help them find a home.
This client has known me for years and essentially watched me grow up, so when they reached out and trusted me with their Midtown Memphis condo search, it meant a lot.

Now their new Midtown condo is officially CLOSED! 🎉

After traveling the world, they’ll have a home base here in Memphis, close to family and ready to come home to between adventures. 🌎❤️ I love that this gives them a place rooted in Memphis while still leaving plenty of room for the next adventure.

One of those sales that means a little extra. ❤️

Sometimes the best real estate connections are the ones that come full circle. ❤️

I hadn’t seen this client in forever when they reached out to me about helping them find a home base in Memphis. This is someone who has known me for years and essentially watched me grow up, so having them come back into my life and trust me to help with such a big decision was pretty special.

And I love the story behind this move. While traveling most of the year, they’re putting down a little bit of a home base here in Memphis, closer to family and the people they love. 🌎🏡
