- Inventory is up from last year giving buyers more options than they had in a few years back
- Median prices in Idaho Falls are sitting around $350K, a solid entry point compared to most western markets
- Homes are averaging about 66 days on market so things aren't flying off the shelf but well-priced homes are still moving
- Sellers who price right from day one are still landing close to asking

June and July buyer activity is strong with families pushing to close before school
