0–3 years of experience. Newly admitted California attorneys welcome. Build your practice across prelitigation and litigation, including demand writing, settlement negotiations, case management, discovery, and motion practice.

⚖️ LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
$140,000–$170,000 annual base + performance bonuses
+$15,000 signing bonus*

3+ years of civil litigation experience and an active California Bar license. Own your cases from filing through mediation—law and motion, depositions, discovery, and case management.

Trial experience not required. Owning the file is.

⚖️ SENIOR TRIAL ATTORNEY — FIRST CHAIR
$200,000–$300,000 annual base + results-based bonuses
+$20,000 signing bonus*

Real first-chair jury verdict experience required. Strong cases. Funded litigation. No billable hours. Includes 401(k) and health insurance.

$970,000 is the total gross amount paid by three insurance carriers in one case, before attorney’s fees, costs, and liens. Broadside (T-bone) collision between two cars: the other driver failed to yield and cut in front of our client’s vehicle. Our client sustained neck and back injuries that required injections and surgeries. $15,000 came from the at-fault driver’s insurer, $485,000 from the client’s own underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage, and $470,000 from the client’s own umbrella policy.
