JUST SOLD | Fort Wright, KY 🏡

This one is pretty special.

I met the new owners back in the spring when they were just starting their home search. They mentioned how much they loved Fort Wright, and I told them we’d be selling our own home this fall.

Fast forward to a couple of days ago, when they reached out to come see it.

Here’s the crazy part…

One of the new owners actually made an offer on this exact house when we bought it back in 2020.

Six years later, they’re finally getting the keys.

Talk about a full-circle moment.

This home has meant a lot to our family, and it’s pretty cool knowing it’s going to someone who loved it long before we ever called it ours.

Congratulations to the new homeowners! Couldn’t imagine a better way to pass it on. 🏡
