If your homeowners policy is with Citizens and includes wind coverage, you'll need flood coverage when your policy renews on or after January 1. Zone X included. Home value doesn't matter.

It’s not the ending we were hoping for, but there’s still so much to be proud of. 💙🥹

Two years ago, the roof was ripped off the Trop. Last year, they played home games in a minor league ballpark. This year, a team few picked to make the playoffs won the AL pennant and put together one of the most electric seasons in franchise history.

Thank you, Tampa Bay Rays, for an unforgettable ride!
