It was an honor and a privilege to be chosen to speak on a panel for . This panel was regarding technology and how Real Estate has adapted to the world we live in. I was able to share some insights on my experience while brokering, investing, and developing in the Tampa Bay Area.

The 5 key PropTech’s that I see becoming most valuable usually fall under these categories : Data Platforms - AI + Automation - Smart Buildings / IoT - Digital Transaction / Asset Management platforms - & (my personal favorite) Tokenization. It was cool to be involved in the transaction of one of the tallest residential buildings on the west coast of Florida - 400 Central will soar 515 feet above Downtown St Petersburg with immaculate views. This iconic rising tower is a landmark development with thoughtful spacial planning, expansive terraces, incomparable amenities, & thought provoking attention to detail; a true testament to .cats and his Red Apple Group’s elite ability to execute a MONSTER project of almost half a B 💸💸

Underway with a fun project that gets the wheels turning. This is a a residential project repurposing a 1970 construction 4 bed 2.5 bath 2450 SF to turn it into a 2026 remodel 4 bed 3 bath 3065 SF

This is a full on shell redevelopment that we acquired from a distressed seller looking to wipe their hands clean. Our ability and willingness to get our hands dirty and build out a strong financial model to take down the project made this one a no brainer. Assembling the team might be the most important part
