One of the biggest misconceptions about working with a Transaction Coordinator is that we simply handle paperwork.

The truth is, there’s so much more happening behind the scenes. ✨

A big part of my role is creating a process that keeps transactions organized, deadlines visible, and communication flowing from contract to closing.

While I don’t provide legal advice or replace the role of your broker or attorney, I do help reduce the administrative issues that can easily turn into unnecessary stress.

Here’s what that looks like:

Waiting for the “perfect” time is one of the easiest ways to put your dreams on hold.
