Last week, team members from the Morgan Properties corporate office headed out to several of our communities for a fall clean-up day. Working alongside our property teams, they painted curbs, hung flags, cleared walkways, and tidied common areas so residents can enjoy the season at a place they’re proud to call home. Thank you to everyone who pitched in, because this is what we can do when we work together.🍂🌿🍁

Last month, we were proud to host an in-person fundraiser at our HQ in Conshohocken, PA in support of Habitat for Humanity Montgomery & Delaware Counties. Habitat MontoDelco does incredible work making the dream of homeownership a reality, and we're honored to help power that mission. Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave generously, and helped make this event a success. This is what community looks like. 💛

At Morgan Properties, we recognize the importance of mental health and want our team members to have the resources they need. Through our Employee Assistance Program, behavioral health care benefits, Employee Resource Groups where they can connect with peers, and monthly Culture Conversations on wellness, we are dedicated to a workplace where every team member feels connected and heard.

We believe the best workplaces aren't just built on results; they're built on relationships. At our annual Fall Fest, we took time to appreciate the people who make this place great, stepping away from the desks for some fun, food and team bonding! 🍂
