“𝘼𝙄 𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙋𝙝𝘿 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙩” is a line from yesterday’s North Harbour Business Club breakfast, and it’s one that stuck with me for the rest of the day.

Guest speaker, Jason Paris (former CEO of One New Zealand who will be joining Les Mills International next month) shared a great perspective on leadership, culture, change and the rapidly evolving role of AI.

Maria and I are onboard with AI being there to help us research, analyse and work smarter but great relationships, strong teams, good communication and delivering on what you promise will always be at the heart of our business.

We both agree, rather than fearing change, we see the opportunity to integrate it into our business 💁🏻‍♀️🙋‍♀️+ 🤖 = 👏

A great thought-provoking morning with the North Harbour Business Club and also as always, a great opportunity to connect with others (as humans) across the North Shore community.
