Some moments are worth pausing for.
This year, I’m incredibly grateful to receive the Ray White New Zealand Customer Experience Award and the Ray White International Clients’ Choice Award for the 5th Consecutive Year.
I don’t take this honour lightly. Because behind every award is something far more meaningful: the people who have trusted me with their homes, their decisions, their questions, their expectations and, often, a very important chapter of their lives.
For me, customer service has never been simply about getting a transaction across the line. It’s about how people feel throughout the process, being available, listening, communicating openly and making sure every client feels genuinely looked after. These awards are a reflection of that trust.
To every client who has taken the time to share their experience and trust me to be part of their journey, a Heartfelt Thank You.
Five years on, I remain just as grateful for the trust behind every one of these moments.
