Wondering what's happening out at Te Awa Lakes? We went out there to give you a little tour and were pleased to see the area buzzing with the Red Bull promo team!

We were really enjoyed getting to advertise and tenant some of the first units out there - it's already a great location, and will take on a life of its own once the vision is fully realised.

Three months in, and Zee's met a lot of Waikato landlords.

Jeremy grabbed her for a chat about her first 90 days as our BDM. What's surprised her, what owners tend to ask about, and how it's all been feeling so far.

Short version: busy. The market's still a bit cautious, but the phone keeps ringing and the chats have been good ones.

A few weeks ago, we had a great team building day at Zenders. We started the day off with a few of our clients and suppliers to hear an inspirational talk from Cam Calkoen - Inspirational Speaker. Cam was born with cerebral palsy, and was told he would never walk unassisted.

Since then, he's become a Paralympic sprinting medallist and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, amongst many other amazing things. He now travels the world telling his story and helping people find their awesomeness.

Cam brought so much energy and optimism to the morning and set us up perfectly for the afternoon's workshops on our vision and values - stay tuned to see those!

Yesterday Zee and Nic joined 300 or so Waikato businesswomen at the Waikato Waahine Collective Symposium at Claudelands.

A sold out room, a seriously good speaker line-up, and the kind of honest conversations that stay with you long after the drinks have finished.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand at the business showcase hub for a chat. It is always good to put faces to names and talk property with people who know and love this region.

Big thanks to the Waikato Chamber of Commerce and Waikato Waahine Collective teams for pulling it together. Already looking forward to next year.
