Karapetyan, PhD, will participate in the upcoming workshop “Promoting ADR Awareness and Accessibility for Armenian Businesses,” bringing together legal and academic professionals committed to strengthening Armenia’s commercial dispute resolution culture.
Jointly organized by the American University of Armenia AUA Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Clinic , Resolve Academy, the Arbitration and ADR Commission of ICC Armenia, and Concern Dialog law firm, the workshop will explore how arbitration and mediation can help Armenian SMEs manage disputes efficiently, draft effective dispute resolution clauses, and build greater commercial resilience.

On 10 October 2026, Resolve Academy successfully hosted the international conference “Human Judgment, Artificial Intelligence: Rethinking Arbitral Award Drafting” at Palazzo Pisani-Revedin in Venice, Italy, bringing together distinguished practitioners and experts to explore the evolving role of artificial intelligence in international arbitration.

The conference featured an engaging and insightful discussion on how AI is reshaping arbitral award drafting, the opportunities it offers for improving efficiency, and the challenges it raises regarding human judgment, legal reasoning, accuracy, and the integrity of arbitral decision-making.
