The Cypriot Branch of the International Law Association supports the furtherance of environmental law in Cyprus by promoting the work of 300,000 Trees in Limassol. Our team will participate in the first official planting of trees on 25/10/2020! Drop us a line if you wish to join!

Αγαπητοί φίλοι εθελοντές, φίλοι των δέντρων (English text follows)

Η πρώτη δεντροφύτευση της χρονιάς είναι πλέον γεγονός.

Στις 25/10/20 ξεκινάμε την καινούργια σεζόν με πρώτο σταθμό τον Δήμο 'Υψωνα όπου θα φυτέψουμε 300 καινούργια δεντράκια.

Λόγω της παρούσας κατάστασης με την πανδημία του Κορωνοϊου ενημερώνουμε τους εθελοντές ότι θα ακολουθήσουμε αυστηρά όλα τα μέτρα και πρωτόκολλα ασφαλείας. Για το σκοπό αυτό οι εθελοντές καλούνται όπως φέρουν μαζί τους όλα τα προσωπικά τους εργαλεία (τσάπα ή φτυάρι και γάντια) για τον σκοπό της δεντροφύτευσης. Τα εργαλεία του κάθε εθελοντή είναι αποκλειστικά για δική του χρήση και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν τα ανταλλάσσουμε. Κρατάμε επίσης αποστάσεις 2 μέτρων και δεν συνωστιζόμαστε. Μην ξέχασετε να φέρετε μαζί σας το παγούρι σας γεμάτο νερό καθώς και καπέλο για προστασία από τον ήλιο. Συνάντηση στις 10:00 στο σημείο που αναγράφεται πιο κάτω.

Dear friends volunteers, friends of the trees

We are ready for the first tree planting of the year!

On 25/10/20 we start the new season with the municipality of Ypsonas where we will plant 300 new trees.

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus pandemic we would like to inform the volunteers that we will strictly follow all safety measures and protocols. Therefore, all volunteers are invited to bring their personal tools (hoe or shovel and gloves) for the purpose of tree planting. The tools of each volunteer are exclusively for their use and they cannot be exchanged with others. We also make sure to keep a 2 meter distance. Do not forget to bring your water containers and a hat for protection from the sun. ΔΗΜΟΣ ΥΨΩΝΑ
