⚖️ Significant Success in Cross-Border Litigation 🌍
We are pleased to share a significant achievement by our Litigation Associate, Myria Pornari, who successfully obtained an ex parte Worldwide Freezing Order before the District Court of Nicosia against legal entities in relation to a multimillion-value claim.
The Order was granted in the context of proceedings involving serious allegations of international fraud and conspiracy across multiple jurisdictions.
Following a detailed review of the evidence presented, the Court was satisfied that the legal requirements for the granting of this exceptional remedy had been met and issued the requested orders on an urgent ex parte basis.
This outcome demonstrates the effectiveness of the Cyprus courts in providing robust interim protection in complex international disputes and reinforces Cyprus' position as a leading jurisdiction for obtaining urgent injunctive relief.

⚖️🩺 Συμμετοχή στο 1ο Διεπιστημονικό Συνέδριο Νομικής και Ιατρικής
Είμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να ανακοινώσουμε ότι o Γιώργος Λάντας, Ιδρυτής & Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της Giorgos Landas LLC, συμμετείχε στο 1ο Διεπιστημονικό Συνέδριο Νομικής και Ιατρικής, που διεξήχθη στις 11/06/2026 στο The Landmark Hotel.
Το συνέδριο είχε ως επίκεντρο τις σύγχρονες εξελίξεις στο Δίκαιο της Υγείας στην Κύπρο και αποτέλεσε μια σημαντική πλατφόρμα ανταλλαγής γνώσεων, εμπειριών και προβληματισμών μεταξύ νομικών και επαγγελματιών υγείας, αναδεικνύοντας κρίσιμα ζητήματα που επηρεάζουν το μέλλον του τομέα.

🏐 What an incredible day of sport, teamwork, and giving back!
Our Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament, held last Sunday, 10 May 2026, was a tremendous success, bringing together participants, supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and members of our wider community in support of a truly meaningful cause.
We are proud to announce that €10,500 was raised and donated to Μικροί Ήρωες, supporting their ongoing work for children and families in need.
This event was far more than a tournament - it was a celebration of community spirit, collaboration, and generosity.
The enthusiasm and support shown throughout the day made the occasion both memorable and impactful.
👏 Congratulations to the tournament champions OCL Oceanic Catering, as well as to all participating teams for their outstanding performance, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.
