There are changes to Ontario's Family Law Rules taking effect on May 2nd 2015. The most significant amendments are to Rule 13, now renamed Financial Disclosure. The changes include new requirements for reporting your finances, additional disclosure to clarify a party's financial circumstances, and filing of a Net Family Property Statement 30 days prior to a Settlement Conference.
