Today's express entry draw invited 27,332 CEC candidates who had a score of at least 75 CRS points to apply for PR.

This is a signal from IRCC that they are looking at ways to meet their 2021 immigration targets by opening up opportunities to obtain PR to those already in Canada.

There will likely be more express entry draws like this in the coming months - if you have at least one year of Canadian skilled work experience, now is an excellent time to put your profile in the pool.
