If you want to apply for a visa to Canada from a country in which you are not a permanent resident or citizen, the main question is how much money you have 🤓 If you have a lot of money and they are in the accounts of foreign banks, there should be no problems. But this is the perfect picture. In reality, as you know, anything can happen.

🔎 For example, you left for Turkey and have been living there for four months. You do not have a Turkish residence permit, real estate, or job. There is money, but in cash, the accounts are empty. As a fact, there is nothing to confirm your trustworthiness except for your words. In this case, the probability of refusal is high 🙅🏻‍♂️

❗️Another important point that plays a massive role in the submission is how strong your roots are in your homeland: apartments and houses, bank accounts, relatives, and even beloved pets. The more strings that connect you to your country of citizenship, the more chances you have to be approved for a visa without any problems.

👉A good option is to have a long-term work contract in a third country. Or come to visit relatives and simultaneously apply for a visa. In both cases, the applicant will have grounds to obtain permission to enter Canada. After all, what interests the officer in the first place? Do you have enough money to live on, how will you support yourself while you wait for a decision, and most importantly - how can you guarantee the return to your country of residence? In general, you must confirm that you are a strong and independent individual.

When we are approached with such requests, we help to the maximum🔥. We work through the materials, advise which documents to provide and how to write an explanation that will meet the standards that apply to the immigration file.

Are you interested in obtaining a visa from a third country? Then we are coming to you 😊 Text us on WhatsApp or Telegram at +1(437)972-2665 and get a personal consultation. You will know your chances and get a plan of action.

See you in Canada soon 👋

Once Joe decided to move to Canada. He wanted to cheer for Montreal, see Niagara Falls with his own eyes and finally taste the beaver tails dessert 🤓 In a week, she collected the necessary documents and submitted an application.

Only Joe was in such a hurry to become a resident of the maple leaf country that he forgot all about the police clearance indicating the absence of a criminal record and paid the wrong amount of the base fee. Moreover, he overlooked that her IELTS does not hold up to the Federal Skilled Trades program. Needless to say, how upset Joe was when he was refused immigration 🙁

Nevertheless, Joe can be understood! This was his first attempt, and anyone can get confused. To avoid being like Joe, you can turn to professionals for assistance🙂 They have a whole selection of common mistakes that many people make when applying for a visa to Canada and ways to avoid these mistakes.

Our eye is trained on typical mistakes that go from application to application of the clients. A person does not notice them and, accordingly, does not eliminate them. That is when we come to the rescue: we address the questions so that the officer accepts the answers, attach an additional package of documents that may be needed and are not on the checklist, and write explanatory letters. This speeds up the decision-making process and increases the chances of success 🔥

If we have a toothache, we go to the dentist without trying to treat it ourselves, right? 🙂 The same rule works for immigrating to another country. To prevent making the same mistakes over and over again, endlessly adjusting your application, it is easier to trust an immigration consultant. Better free up your time and nerves to learn English, for example.

🔥 Friends, we have great news!
From October 20, international students wishing to come to Canada to start or continue their studies are allowed to enter the country pledging to the following requirements:

✅ You must have a valid Study Permit or Port of Entry (POE) Letter of Introduction, which is issued upon approval of the Study Permit;

✅ The institution must have an approved preparation plan by the province or territory in the case of an outbreak of COVID-19.

Only students whose universities have an approved plan in case of an outbreak of COVID-19 can enter. The list of such universities will be available on October 20 at the Canadian Department of Immigration's official website and will be regularly updated.

👉 Also, all arriving in the country must undergo a 14-day quarantine period. When entering Canada, you will need to provide the following information:
🔘 where will your quarantine period take place
🔘 will you have access to necessities, including water, food, medicine, and heat during the winter months
🔘 whether there will be contacts with people 65 years of age and older who have concomitant diseases
🔘 whether you will be living in a group or a community.

Use the dedicated ArriveCAN app, which can be easily downloaded to your phone, allowing you to send your contact information and plan details up to 48 hours before your arrival. This app reduces physical contact for a safer and faster borderline process.

The Canadian government is actively fighting against illegal immigrants who work for cash💵, violate the visa regime❌, and neglect immigration laws.

We often deal with visitors who face the threat of deportation for the above reasons and ask us for assistance. Finding yourself in such a situation is an extremely negative experience. Such wrongdoers do not only face the deportation; they could end up in an immigration prison and may spend several months there before the circumstances are clarified.

📌 We will fight your potential deportation and try our best to resolve the issue in your favor. We highly recommend considering all the risks when thinking of breaking the law in Canada.

😰 Here are a few examples of what you will face if staying in Canada without legal status:
- you will have only low-income jobs
- you will face problems in finding a rent
- you will not be able to have health insurance
- you will not be able to leave the country because there will be no way back
- you will not be able to open a bank account

You may face deportation✈️ for violation of the Immigration law, which means that entry into Canada will be permanently closed for you in the future❌.

☎️ Friends, contact us at +1(437)972-2665 (WhatsApp / Telegram) and get an individual consultation. You will see that legal immigration is not such a complicated process, and as a result, all doors will be open for you!

Achieve Immigration in Canada through study is not a program itself, this is a sequence of actions. 👣

☝ this path is one of the most effective way to achieve immigration, but it has many factors that you should consider

Long story made short, the pathway looks like this:
🔹 choose whether to study at an university or college and apply for a Study Permit.⠀
🔹 get trained by a Canadian Institution (gives at least +15 points in Express Entry) ⠀
🔹 Obtain an open work permit (PGWP) (OR immediately register with Express Entry at the Federal Skilled Worker, if you have enough experience working in the country of origin) ⠀ ⠀
🔹 Work in a position related to the field of studies, in order to gain 1-2 years of work experience and upgrade your chances to get elected when you apply under the Express Entry Stream, through the Canadian Experience Class program ⠀ ⠀
🔹 Apply for your permanent Resident Status
🔹 2 years of life in Canada as a Permanent Resident and you can apply for 🇨🇦 citizenship (if there is such goal)

Now the important things to-do:

✅ Obtaining an open work permit (PGWP). The main thing is to choose an institution which gives the opportunity to apply for a work permit.
✅ The validity of PGWP will depend on the length of study at the university.
✅ If an mature student follows this path and wants to take his family with him, then the second spouse has the right to apply for an Open Work Permit, and the children for a visitor’s visa, however there is a whole series of “BUT AND IF”.
✅ A Study Permit holder is allowed to work only for up to 20 hours per week and 40 hours per week during the holidays. However, not every Study Permit gives the right to work. You need to carefully look at the specific document.
✅ Studying at a public college in Ontario costs an average of CAD $ 15,000 / year. Plus, you need to show sufficient funds that will allow you to support yourself during the first year of residence. State colleges are cheaper, but training in them is not suitable for everyone.
✅ Enrolling in a Canadian university is not a big problem when you do it correctly. There are no restrictions on age or on the choice of the program. But getting a visa app
