That’s the part sellers need to understand.

Overpricing can mean more days sitting, more negotiating, lower offers and less money in your pocket.

Here's what actually separates "styled" from "just moved in":
1️⃣ Warm bulbs, always 2700K. Cool white light reads like an office.
2️⃣ Skip the oversized tray. Dressed-up clutter is still clutter.
3️⃣ Match your soap dispenser. Bottled soap by the sink gives it away instantly.
4️⃣ Clear a third of your shelves. If you can't explain why it's there, it goes.
5️⃣ Size up your mirror. Small mirror, smaller room.
6️⃣ Match your cabinet hardware. Mismatched pulls = unfinished kitchen energy.

1. HVAC filters – Replace regularly to keep your system running efficiently.

2. Smoke detectors – Test them and replace batteries as needed.

3. Carbon monoxide detectors – Test regularly and replace when recommended.

4. Water heater – Check for leaks, rust, corrosion, or unusual noises.

5. Washing machine hoses – Look for cracks, bulges, or worn areas.

6. Toilet supply lines – Check connections for corrosion or deterioration.

7. Electrical outlets – Don’t ignore outlets that are hot, discolored, buzzing, or sparking.
