Position Summary

The Real Estate Clerk will support attorneys in a busy Real Estate practice with a wide variety of administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Preparing closing and post-closing documents
-Preparing closing binders and checklists
-Drafting routine correspondence/memorandum
-Maintaining and updating files
-Basic document reviewing and light research
-Other administrative and project work assignments, as assigned

Skills & Competencies

-EXCELLENT CLIENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - We pride ourselves for our happy clients and we want to maintain that reputation!

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows 2010 required; Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
-Proficiency with LDD and Cosmolex preferred, but training will be provided
-Must have strong written and oral communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills.
-Must have strong attention to detail, have ability to prioritize and multi-task.
-Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
-Must be able to learn quickly and take instructions well.
-Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Must have excellent attention to detail and work quickly.

Qualifications & Prior Experience

-Two years minimum experience, you will be the sole clerk in a busy practice. If yo believe you have what it takes with less experience please apply.
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
