Cyndee Todgham Cherniak has been appointed by the Government of Canada to the NAFTA Chapter 19 Roster of Panelists to hear anti-dumping and countervailing duty disputes. About 68 people were appointed. An Order in Council will be published next week in Canada's official Canada Gazette. An Order in Council is passed by the Federal Cabinet. The appointment is for 10 years. I hope NAFTA continues.
