近排好多人問我有關 Express Entry (EE)，問我應唔應該由香港人永居計劃轉過去，或者可唔可以同時申請 EE 睇吓邊個快啲。所以我寫咗呢篇文章，大概講解一下 EE 究竟係乜。其實，EE 係一個計分制系統，任何合資格嘅人都可以參與。移民局會喺呢個系統入面揀出最高分嗰批人，然後邀請佢哋成為永久居民。所以，每次有人問我有關 EE，我都會先問佢哋有冇 check 過自己幾多分。如果自己嘅分數比近排政府邀請嘅最低分數低一大截，我通常會建議唔好嘥時間考慮 EE。想知道自己有幾多分，可以上呢個網站計吓分數：

Express Entry 主要分為三類：CEC（加拿大經驗類）、FSW（技術工人計劃）同 FST（聯邦技術工種）。如果已經喺加拿大工作超過一年，基本上可以行 CEC。好多人都問我英文要求點計，因為網上寫明 TEER 0 和 1 類工作需要 至少 CLB 7，而 TEER 2 和 3 類工作則需要 至少 CLB 5。咁究竟係計依家做緊嗰份工，定係計過去一年內累積嘅工作經驗呢？答案係睇工作了一年嘅歷史, 可以係一份工或者幾份工儲夠一年. 工作種類如果全部都係0-1、英文要求就要7分了.

咁如果兩種工種都有呢？ 睇吓以下嘅case

⦁ 1年TEER 2或TEER 3即可→CLB 5就夠了。
⦁ 6 個月 TEER 1 + 6 個月 TEER 3 → 需要 CLB 7。
⦁ 12 個月的 TEER 3，再加上額外的 TEER 1 工作→CLB 5 就可以了（因為你的資格年份在 TEER 3）。
⦁ 12 個月混合 TEER 0、1、2、3 → 如果該 12 個月中的任何部分為 TEER 0 或 1，則需要 CLB 7。

如果你已經透過香港人計劃申請緊永久居民，你仍然可以喺 Express Entry 開個 Profile。但如果移民局喺 EE 選中你申請永久居民，你就要考慮是否想透過呢個渠道申請。首先，你需要 取消現有的申請，然後上載所有文件再透過 EE 申請永久居民。呢一步一定要 非常小心，因為如果你取消咗原本嘅永久居民申請，但由於某啲文件喺 EE 攞唔到分，導致最後申請唔到永久居民，咁整個移民計劃就會玩完。所以，在 開 EE Profile 之前，一定要確保所有文件冇問題，包括考埋英文，避免將來帶來不必要嘅麻煩。
