Pleased to announce that I am now offering legal services to the public as a licence paralegal. These services include provincial offences such as speeding tickets, parking offences, suspended licences, anything within the scope of the Highway Traffic Act, as well as any matter permissible within the scope of services provided in the Paralegal Rules of Conduct. Whether you are interested in proceeding to trial with your offence(s), just trying to pay court fees, or are in need of any sort of information in regards to the proceeding of court matters once you receive a ticket from a police officer, Issa Legal Consultant is here to provide help, information and assistance towards the public.
As the owner of this legal business, I understand what the expectations of which my actions as a licence paralegal are in regards to the Paralegal Rules of Conduct, of which I am to uphold these requirements and rules as a licencee and with the Law Society of Ontario in the regulation of providing legal services to the public and as such, will work very hard to uphold my duties in providing these legal services as well as ensuring that YOUR legal rights will be heard and protected in every step of your court matter . Every case heard at the Ontario Court of Justice, or any court system in Canada is heard on its full merits and ensures that NO ONE's legal rights are infringed upon during any proceeding of a matter that is heard in court.
I have worked very hard to ensure that this business succeeds on a simple initiative; to provide affordable legal services to my community and the public and bring understanding in how to proceed with these sort of matters going forward, and as a 25 year old living in Toronto, I am fully aware of how tough this statement is considering how busy it gets with our lives. This sort of legal service provides an effective and efficient way of first attempting to bring success with your court matter and providing necessary information along the way( i.e. updating information with the court matter/offence, court appearances, evidence gathering, paying costs at court etc. ), even if you are too busy to intend to these matters at court, Issa Legal Consultant can step in representing you with your court matter.
I have always enjoyed the action helping others in any way that I can, with the countless years of experience I have working many customer service jobs throughout the Greater Toronto Area. I have now found a great opportunity, though my education and its achievements, from graduating high school and a year later starting at Seneca College as a 19 year old, young and ambitious person willing to learn and make an impact in my community; to where I am today being able to offer legal services as a licence paralegal, while still being as ambitious as I can with this great opportunity.
