We are a corporate law firm, with a mix of transactional work and corporate litigation, mainly in Superior Court. This is a remote role, starting salary of $60,000.00/yr for first 3 months, and then subject to increases following successful completion of probation period.

Employers! The Supreme Court will not hear an appeal on a precedent-setting employment law case.

As a result, employment contracts which deny termination pay (even for employees fired for "just cause") may be deemed invalid. To preserve the right to fire employees for just cause without paying any termination pay, your contracts will likely need to be adjusted.
