When we met the owner of this home my father told me that she was over 90 years old. Both my father and I remove our shoes when entering a home out of respect to the homeowners. Well... this young lady gave me an earful and told me to leave my shoes on or else! She is sharp, smart and one tough cookie. What's more is she has the support of a beautiful family that truly cares about their mom. The home was listed previously unsuccessfully with another agent and she wanted results so we had our work cut out for us to get the property sold.

All of this information was what we needed to get motivated to get the job done. In doing so we were able to attract multiple offers on more than one occasion until we met the terms that our Seller wanted (and believe me I didn't want her angry at me :) )
