🏡 How low can you realistically offer on a property?

There isn’t a magic percentage below asking price.

Before recommending an offer price, I look at:

✔️ Recent comparable sales
✔️ How long the property has been on the market
✔️ Price reductions and listing history
✔️ Current competition and offer activity
✔️ The condition of the property
✔️ The seller’s circumstances, where known

A property that has been reduced significantly isn’t automatically a bargain — and a low offer isn’t necessarily a good offer.

The goal is to determine what the property is worth today and where there may be an opportunity to negotiate.
