The story:
After doing an initial buyers consult, my client was unsure what she wanted in her next home. She did have a few hard requirements though, NO hard lofts.
We looked at dozens of condo units, only to remain uninspired, and unsure why.
When a hard loft came available in our area and budget, we decided to view it to remind ourselves why we didn't want a hard loft.
But we bought it instead. This unit had warmth, character and was the most unique home we had seen! The heart wants what it wants.
