Shortness of breath, chest pain and arrythmia - reported to my night nurse Margaret who recorded vitals that were different from the screen numbers. When I noticed, she said everything is normal. She paged the doctor. Nausea headache and tachycardia.

Last night was my worst so far. The hospital had 2 nurses spoon feeding me water overnight as I had choked trying to drink. The seizures worsen exponentially every episode. Its only a matter of time before I break my teeth, bite my tongue, or I vomit or choke to death. No Parkinson's patient anywhere has seizures like this. My medication more than adequately treats my Parkinson's tremor. But the seizures I am having are nothing like a Parkinson's tremor and are approaching the limits of human tolerance in their frequency and amplitude and when they do, will prove fatal.

The frequency and amplitude of my "tremor" are exceeding the limits of human tolerance to the point where I am constantly pounding my teeth through the mouth...

I have been committed involuntarily to camh 4th floor. I was stopped on the doorsteps of the Toronto Police HQ to report that Honey and Barry Sherman the owners of Apotex were murdered by a police detective Allan Mannesy and his accomplices and that he also arranged the killing of his neighbour Margit Schwarz age 73 who died in the Credit Valley Hospital on 6 June 2020. I was taken at 4 am from Mount Sinai that to CAMH, admitted under the pretext that I cannot care for my myself, sent to the 4th floor and am now being placed in constraints in the psychoogeriatric ward.
