Scotiabank is seeking a Director, Compliance, International Asset Management to lead and oversee compliance programs across Scotia Global Asset Management’s international operations.

📍 Location: Toronto, Canada or Mexico City, Mexico

Key responsibilities include:
✔️ Leading compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions
✔️ Providing regulatory guidance and risk oversight
✔️ Partnering with business leaders and global compliance teams
✔️ Supporting governance, monitoring, testing, and reporting initiatives
✔️ Building and developing high-performing teams

The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance, banking, securities regulation, asset management, and financial services, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Spanish language proficiency is required.

This initiative is more than a one-week experience, it’s a gateway for Latin American and Hispanic students to see themselves in the legal profession and explore paths in corporate, criminal, international law, and social justice.

⏳DEADLINE EXTENDED: Applications now close May 19, 2026.

Please share this opportunity with students in grades 10–12 who would benefit from the program. We’re also continuing to raise funds to expand access. Every contribution helps ensure talented students can participate regardless of financial barriers.
