Rob's roots lie deep within Mississauga; it is where he was born and raised after his parents immigrated to Canada from Northern India during the early 1970s. They chose Mississauga specifically as they believed it would be an ideal place to raise their three children - a decision that proved fruitful for their youngest child - Rob himself. Growing up, Rob and his family lived in different areas o
f Mississauga, including Applewood, Erindale Woodlands, and East Credit. As a result, he attended various elementary and high schools throughout the city such as Mcbride, Cherryhill, Tomken, Fairwind, Xavier & Woodlands. After completing high school, Rob's passion for Film & Television led him to Vancouver where he pursued a diploma at VanArts. Graduating in 2001 marked the beginning of his journey into adulthood. During the mid to late 2000s, Rob resided in Milton - a period of significant growth for the town. However, since 2010 he has called Oakville his home along with his wife and two children. Additionally, his mother has been living with them since that year. Before venturing into Real Estate in 2004 by obtaining his license, Rob gained valuable experience working in the financial field at Scotiabank & TD Waterhouse. This background provided him with a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of investments. Over time, Rob has owned Real Estate properties in six cities across South Western Ontario - Mississauga being one of them. His portfolio has encompassed both condominiums and freehold properties acquired through both resale and preconstruction projects. The cities include Mississauga itself along with Milton, Etobicoke, Kitchener, Waterloo & Oakville. This wealth of experience has given Rob an unparalleled understanding when it comes to Real Estate investing - from renovating/flipping properties to exploring resale, distress, preconstruction and assignment investment opportunities. Rob's team have successfully sold homes of all types and styles for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds as well as varying educational levels. Over the years, Rob's exceptional performance has garnered him several awards including the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award, Top Team Award, Re Max Hall Of Fame Award & Lifetime Achievement Award during his continuous 17 year run with the Re/Max brand. Since joining eXp Realty, Brokerage in 2020 - which is currently experiencing rapid global growth for its' innovative & cutting edge approach to Real Estate - Rob has been able to expand his business and team, enabling him to provide even better service to his clients. As a testament to his expertise and standing within the industry, Rob was selected as a guest speaker on 'City News' with reporter David Zura in March 2022 for a televised discussion on Real Estate trends. Rob was also nominated to be featured in the October 2023 issue of 'Top Agent Magazine' where he was interviewed and recognized for his service in the real estate industry in a full page article. Rob is committed to mentoring new agents to help them thrive in their business ventures. His dedication to giving back is a core aspect of both his personal and professional life that he consistently strives for. As an active member of St. Dominic Parish in Oakville, attending mass every Sunday is a regular part of Rob's routine alongside his family. To further engage with the community, he actively participates in St.Dominic's Father's Book Club meetings on a monthly basis while also volunteering for various seasonal events organized by the Parish. Additionally, Rob serves as an annual sponsor for their weekly newsletter and special events throughout the year. Beyond his involvement within St.Dominic Parish, Rob extends his philanthropic efforts by being an essential part of a non-profit organization since 2013 where he holds the position of Secretary on its Board of Directors. Moreover, since 2016 he has been consistently donating to Sickkids Hospital in Toronto as well as previously participating in The Salvation Army Food Drive, Clothing Drive, and Christmas Kettle Drive through his association with Khi Community Church in Milton, Ontario. Additionally, Rob has generously volunteered at the Mississauga Community & Family Services Shelter In Mississauga, Ontario. Rob has a range of interests that he enjoys pursuing during his free time. These include watching documentaries, listening to jazz music, riding his motorcycle, taking photographs, and traveling with his spouse and two children.
