Ryan Marinacci of Bogoroch & Associates LLP will be presenting at Osgoode Professional Development’s Anatomy of a Medical Malpractice Case program on October 1, 2026.

Ryan will present "Audit Trails and Unauthorized Access to Medical Records," exploring hospital record audit trails and their uses in medical malpractice cases. This session will examine how audit trail evidence can uncover access and modifications to health records, as well as its strategic and evidentiary significance in medical malpractice litigation.

Mahsa will co-present “Drafting the Claim: Building a Strong Pleading”. Drawing on both plaintiff and defence perspectives, the session will examine the practical and strategic considerations involved in drafting pleadings in medical malpractice cases, including what should—and should not—be pleaded, the importance of clearly defining the issues and the case to be met, and common pleading pitfalls that can arise as the litigation progresses.
