Are we in a bad market? 🤔

Well… it depends who you ask.

For buyers, it’s not that bad. As prices are down = downpayment is less.

If you own with an adjustable variable rate mortgage, then it’s not great.

If you’re a cash buyer, you’re very excited.

If you’re upsizing, then you like the fact that prices are coming down more on higher priced homes.

If you’re cashing out or downsizing, then things don’t look that good right now.

If you’re a renter, this sucks.

Perspective is important.

Public speaking 🗣️

Legit, use to terrify me.

And I still get nerves 😬

Now I do it several times a month.

And speak on live TV almost weekly.

So, what’s changed? 🤷‍♂️

I get to talk about something I actually care about!

Long before I was paid to speak, I would do it for free to get my reps in.

And slowly, I got better and more comfortable.

I still have SO much to learn.

Big thanks to all the people who have given me the opportunity and the confidence to believe I could do it.
