Speaker Announcement: Patrick Pichette is joining us in Istanbul.

Patrick is the CEO of RealtyFeed and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate technology and digital infrastructure. He previously served as the founding CEO of REALTOR.ca and now works with MLS organizations and industry partners to improve how real estate data is delivered and managed.

He will bring this experience to the 4th International MLS Forum, where leaders from around the world will discuss trusted data, interoperability and the future of connected real estate markets.

International buyers purchased $45.3 billion worth of U.S. existing homes from April 2025 through March 2026, according to the latest research from the National Association of REALTORS®.

The report recorded 67,100 purchases by international buyers, with a median purchase price of $465,000. Nearly half of those transactions were all-cash.

Canada led in the number of homes purchased, while buyers from China represented the largest dollar volume. Florida remained the leading U.S. destination for international buyers.

Although overall foreign-buyer activity declined from the previous year, these numbers show the continued scale of cross-border real estate activity. For MLS organizations, brokers, associations, and technology providers, reliable property data, clear market rules, and stronger cooperation across borders remain essential to serving international clients effectively.

We’re pleased to announce Ali Memar as Chair of Ambassadors for the GDX - Global Data Exchange and the International MLS Forum.
Alireza serves as President of New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Inc., and President of Board of Advisory of IMLSF.
He has also worked extensively with NAR Global through leadership, advisory, and ambassador roles focused on international real estate.
As Chair of Ambassadors, Alireza leads a network of professionals representing GDX and IMLSF across different markets. His experience with MLS leadership, professional education, and international cooperation makes him well suited to guide this growing group.
We look forward to his continued leadership as our ambassadors introduce the work of GDX and IMLSF to real estate organizations and professionals around the world.
