Had the privilege of playing basketball outside of my newest listing (16 Jeffton Crecent) with the neighborhood young homies

For parents and parents to be it’s important to know we can’t control everything when it comes to our next generation but we can control their environment to the best of our abilities. Ideally by doing so we can lessen the effects of our kids potentially growing up as screen zombies and allow them real 3D human experiences to nurture their developing minds.

Attention to detail matters when preparing your home to sell for top dollar. The effort you put in - buyers can feel - deep down into their nervous system. 🧠🏡🧘

Go the extra mile in presentation, and they’ll go the extra mile on price. ✨💰🤑

Some tips:

1. 🍃 Landscape.
Remove weeds and debris from both the grass and driveway. Removing just a few weeds can make the exterior look like a place buyers will feel proud to show off as their new home and give it a polished, well-maintained appearance.

2. 🧼 Deep clean every crevice of the home, down to the window tracks. Different buyers have different sensitivities. You have no idea—there can be a qualified buyer who is completely turned off by a property that matches their criteria and budget simply because of a single cobweb that was overlooked.

3. 📚 Declutter and organize the space.
Some buyers lack the vision to see what a space could be because of excess of furniture or clutter. If you have a bookshelf, organize the books by size and present them neatly on the shelf.
