Tip of the week! Did you know?! Unless the animal is interfering with the enjoyment of the premises, another resident in the residence has allergies, the Tenant lives in the same residence(such as triplex, upstairs level of a house, etc) has allergies to animals and has medical documentation proving so this term is VOID. A landlord can NOT enforce a no pet rule, see the appropriate rule under the Landlord and Tenant Act for other clauses to the no pets void in tenancies.
