I believe most Buyers have an 8 week window to buy a home right now. as Inventory increases after March break, some of the multiple offer situations we see today, will die down.
I also believe the Bank Of Canada will reduce rates in June, and that will lead to a huge frenzy of buyers entering the market and bidding prices up!
