GTA home sales just posted their strongest July since 2021 📈 Sales are up 10.9 percent compared to last year, and more buyers are stepping off the sidelines thanks to improved affordability.
With listings rising at a slower pace than sales, market conditions are starting to tighten again.
The average price in July was $1,051,719, down 5.5 percent from last year. While prices are flat month over month, momentum is building 🏠
This may be the start of a more active fall.
