📚 THREE-DAY ALSA ACADEMIC SERIES 2026

The African Law Students’ Association (ALSA), Niger Republic Chapter, through the Office of the Chief of Staff, is pleased to announce a three-day academic series scheduled for 13–15 October 2026, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM daily via Google Meet.

The programme is designed as an interactive platform for academic discussion, collaboration, professional development, leadership, and opportunities for law students and young legal professionals.

The series will bring together distinguished ALSA leaders and chapter representatives, including H.E. Chemutai Leonard, International President of ALSA; Prof. Chukwunonso Charles Ofodum, PhD, Founder of ALSA; and Hon. Amb. Khalil Abdullahi Abubakar, LL.B., Country Director, ALSA Niger Republic.

The three days will feature presentations and discussions led by representatives from ALSA local chapters:

🔹 Day 1: Suraj Abubakar, President, ALSA Abubakar Ibrahim International University Local Chapter
🔹 Day 2: Aisha M. Kusherki, President, ALSA Annahada International University Local Chapter
🔹 Day 3: Muhammad Walid Suleiman, President, ALSA Maryam Abacha American University of Niger Local Chapter

The sessions will be hosted and moderated by Mohammad Bashir Mukkadam, Chief of Staff, ALSA Niger Republic Chapter.

This initiative reflects ALSA Niger Republic Chapter’s commitment to strengthening academic engagement, encouraging collaboration among law faculties, creating opportunities for students, and building a stronger and more connected legal student community.

The ALSA Legal Clinic is building a team of 15 passionate and committed volunteers who are ready to learn, serve, collaborate, and create meaningful impact through the law.

We are looking for individuals with skills and interests in:

🔹 Legal Research & Writing
🔹 Case Analysis
🔹 Legal Drafting
🔹 Communication & Advocacy
🔹 Publicity & Content Creation
🔹 Graphic Design & Digital Skills
🔹 Teamwork, Leadership & Project Coordination
