We are pleased to announce that the Court has approved the settlement in Williams v. Enbridge, a class action brought on behalf of Enbridge employees who were awarded lower pension service while on parental leaves.

The settlement provides for payment to eligible Settlement Class Members and represents an important achievement for the Class. Further instructions for applying for payment as a Settlement Class Member, and further information about the settlement, will be provided in a Court-approved notice shortly.
