In a recent ruling, the Ontario Court of Appeal found that a motion judge improperly granted Purolator injunctions against the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) in late 2024, a decision that allows CUPW to be heard and clarifies the application of s. 102 of the Courts of Justice Act (CJA).
