Making sure your format is right, making sure your documents are organized, making sure you actually get what you need to do. From converting documents to PDF to hyperlinking those documents to sitting with you while you upload your documents to the various portals and Caselines (Case Centres). I've been watching A Man on the Inside. A part of the plot involves declining memory and being in a facility. The way this part of the plot is managed has had me reflecting on how it was managed when my own grandparents were in these facilities, and makes me understand the purpose of this legislation. My job description is whatever the client asks me to do (rather than a pre-determined role that another person set for me). This has opened up many clerking duties for me in the past 6 years, like probate and family law disclosure. It has also really allowed me to come into my own with all things litigation and document management.
