This one was a quick turnaround with just (3) weeks to find her the perfect place, we moved quickly. We ended up locking down her first choice, nice and close to the university, shops and restaurants. 🥘

With the GTA rental housing market heating up, finding the right home that checks all the boxes can be tricky. Landlords are quite selective and have a high set of requirements.

I’m happy to say that we were able to find my clients a great home in a high pressure scenario/quick turnaround.

Spring in full swing! 🎶

This was a unique one. My clients and I met about 2 years ago through an open house I was hosting. 🏡

The home wasn’t right for them but they were looking for a unique opportunity however we’re not rushed by any means. Over those two years we stayed in touch, updated them on the market and share some unique condos right for them when they met their needs.

Fast forward two years later, we found the perfect space in the heart of yorkville and at $200,000 under the recent comparable sale in that building.

There’s never a rush to purchase a home, it’s the largest investment of one’s life. We advise, we don’t pressure. 🔑
