Sometimes the perfect home shows up when, and where, you least expect it. ❤️

We had the pleasure of helping this incredible family find their new home here in the Westshore. We had originally been focusing our search on townhomes that fit comfortably within their budget, but with a little patience, great timing…and a bit of luck, we found exactly what they were hoping for in a single-family home!

And the best part of the story? I first heard about this home at my barber shop while getting a haircut! 💈😂

The house came up in conversation, and I immediately thought it could be a great fit for my clients. Within a couple of days, we had toured the home, written an offer, and they had officially bought it! 🔑🏡
