Another solar system protected in Port Noarlunga, and because the home owner instructed us before the pigeons had started to nest, no clean up needed … no nests, no eggs , no young birds to remove and more importantly the roof wasn’t covered in pigeon p**p ……

All these fantastic solar systems popping up everywhere, it's like a pigeon paradise - they're utterly thrilled about the new digs. Then the chaos begins. Avoid allowing the situation to deteriorate to this extent. The nesting underneath the panels has become so severe that the only viable solution is to remove the panels in order to clean out the area. What would have been a straightforward mesh application has escalated into: the cost of removing the panels, cleaning out numerous buckets of nesting material, re-fitting the panels, and subsequently installing anti-bird mesh. Consequently, the overall cost has tripled. Goolwa North
